Esti is responsible for building and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy at Nuveen designed to serve millions of people through retirement investments that create an enduring impact on our world.
Esti joined Nuveen from Prudential, where she led institutional retirement plan marketing. In this role, Esti and her team delivered award-winning, differentiated marketing strategies that brought the value proposition and brand promise to life across the customer lifecycle, partnering closely with esteemed retirement advisors and institutions. She was an executive member of Prudential’s retirement leadership team and DC investment council, and actively worked to cultivate inclusive culture through her participation in multiple employee networks, including Women Empowered, Black Leadership Forum, and PRIDE.
Prior to joining Prudential, Esti was head of defined contribution marketing at BlackRock, and had responsibility for marketing to institutions, financial advisors, and individuals. In this role, she spearheaded some of the firm’s most impactful DC marketing programs, including growing the firms market share to a leadership position among key audiences. Esti was a member of BlackRock’s DC operating committee and marketing leadership team, and held a leadership role within the BlackRock Women’s Network. Before BlackRock, Esti held positions at Morgan Stanley, Citi, and Goldman Sachs, with responsibilities spanning across product, relationship management, business development, and marketing.
Esti has dedicated her career in service of retirement and is passionate about helping people become better prepared for a secure financial future while being financially well along the way. She has deep experience in financial services and a track record for helping major brands drive growth, increased profitability, and enhanced customer experiences. She is known for inspiring customer-centric and results-driven cultures that foster bold creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation.
Esti has an MBA from Fordham University and a BA from Brooklyn College. She is a registered representative and principal with FINRA and resides in NJ.
