US Benefits Sr Manager, Pepsico

Location: Purchase, New York

Description: The Senior Manager of Health & Welfare Benefits will focus on the design and strategy of U.S. employee health and insurance programs and will report to the Director, Global Health & Wellness. The ideal candidate has experience in managing self-insured plans, benefits and/or total reward programs and vendors, as well as collaborating across a large multidivisional organization. The position is responsible for analyzing cost and quality trends, identifying opportunities in design and execution for health & welfare benefits programs including employee experience programs such as the digital app, and implementation of clinical programs relating to medical and pharmacy. Role will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are being executed as designed and for monitoring ongoing plan performance, including operational and financial reviews and reporting.
